A macOS application that runs on your own machine. We provide the app, your account, and the online parts you choose to use: rooms, publishing and agent mail. You bring your own model account.
One person per account. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your agents do.
You pay your model provider directly, and their terms and limits apply. If that plan runs out or is suspended, your agents stop until it is restored.
Agents act on your behalf, with the permissions you grant them. By default they run tools without stopping to confirm each one; you can tighten this in Settings.
Agents make mistakes — check their work before you rely on it, and before you send anything they produced to somebody else. We are not responsible for actions an agent takes under your account.
Break the law with it. Use the browser to breach other people's terms of service, or to get around their access controls. Publish other people's private information. Resell access to FORGE.
Holding $FORGE grants access to the app while you hold it. It is not a share in the company, it carries no claim on revenue, and it is not a promise that its price does anything. If you stop holding it, you move to the monthly price and nothing already on your Mac is taken away.
FORGE is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
